On October 20, 2021, the IEEE DAY 2021 and the Announcement Gala of the Winners of the Diploma Thesis Competition will be held under the patronage of IEEE 2021. During the gala in the Architeuthis dux stream at 17:30, Bogusław Kaczałek, BEng, PhD from OPEGIEKA will give a presentation entitled: "Automation of the detection of spatial objects on photo aviation data".

During the presentation, production solutions for the automatic detection of buildings and paved areas, developed in Big Data technologies and artificial neural networks, will be presented. There will be many interesting presentations during the gala, so we also invite you to familiarize yourself with the program of the ceremony. At 19:40, the results of the 2021 Diploma Theses Competition will be announced under the patronage of IEEE and we sincerely congratulate all the winners.
