Project’s goal – Development of geoinformation technologies of OPEGIEKA enterprise by developing and implementing the innovative TAGIS analytical system operating in 2D, 3D and 4D technologies, where time is the controlling factor. The system will be additionally supported by SOA technology and adapted to operate in the cloud
