Project’s goal - The aim of the project is to develop a mobile underwater and above-water scanning system that will be used in all work requiring accurate, detailed and consistent underwater and above-water measurements, especially in the areas related to inventory, measurement and monitoring of objects in the coastal zone.

In relation to the implementation of the project "Integrated acousto-optic system for inventory of hydrotechnical facilities", implemented with the support of the NCBR under the Applied Research Programme, we invite you to submit a price offer for the purchase of a laser for use in machine vision systems (Machine Vision Laser), for the needs of the abovementioned project. Details about the request for quotation:
Description of the subject of the order:
- The subject of the order is the purchase of a laser for use in machine vision systems with the parameters defined in the order specifications (specification available in OPEGIEKAs headquarters located at Aleja Tysiaclecia 11, Elblag or via e-mail after prior phone contact).
- The full scope of work includes the delivery of the device defined in the specification.
- The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of a variant offer.
Order implementation period:
45 working days since signing the contract.
Assessment criteria:
Price 100%
Submission of bids:
Offers with the price form constituting Annex 1 to the Specification and the Form regarding warranty conditions (Annex 2) should be submitted by e-mail by 25 September 2015 by 9 a.m. to the e-mail address of the ordering customer rozwoj@opegieka.pl with a note "Offer - PBS3 247498 HYDRA". Offers submitted after this date will not be considered by the Ordering Party.
Bids assessment procedure:
Bids submitted within the deadline will be analysed by the Ordering Party within 2 working days from the date of submission of the bids. After analysing the bids and considering - in accordance with the principle of competitiveness - submitted bids, the Ordering Party will inform Bidders by e-mail about the selection of the best bid and the date of signing the contract with the selected Contractor. The contract will be forwarded to the selected Bidder together with information about the selection.
Closing remarks:
The Ordering Party reserves the right not to select a contractor as part of this inquiry for any reason.

- The full scope of work includes the delivery of components in the description of the subject of the contract
Order implementation period:
35 working days since signing the contract.
