Project’s goal – Development of OPEGIEKA enterprise by designing and implementing the innovative OMNI-GIS application (preliminary working title) based on innovative solutions of SOA technology using SaaS, PaaS models adapted to GIS technology, as well as norms and standards applicable for spatial information.
